Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery is free for all UAE orders over AED 500. We partner with reliable courier services and provide tracking for all orders.

2. Lost or Damaged Packages:

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist with a claim.
