Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of trading card products, especially those with fluctuating market value and collectible condition, we have specific return guidelines in place.

1. Return Eligibility:
Sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

Single cards and graded cards are final sale unless the item is proven to be incorrect or significantly not as described.

Accessories may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at management@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges: 
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you prefer an exchange over a refund, please indicate this in your return request.
